Class Scheduling and Cancellation Policy

  • We ask that our clients take the time to schedule your classes in advance, whether you’re scheduling a few days at a time or a week at a time.  As classes fill up, this is a definite way to secure your spot on the mat. We do not have a minimum client per class policy at Breathe. We believe that each class is just as important and our instructors strive for consistency.
  • Monday – Friday 5:45 am– please sign up before 9:00 pm on the previous night. If no one is signed up for the following day’s 5:45 am class at 9:00 pm, the class will be cancelled and posted on the schedule.
  • Experiencing trouble scheduling on our website or the app? Contact us via email, phone, or directly contact the instructor, and we will sign you up and send you confirmation.
  • Late Cancellations- Late cancels occur when a client cancels their spot within 2 hours of the class. This is typically not a big problem in the studio, however when classes are full/waitlist only, we ask that you cancel as soon as possible to allow the next client to enroll. Late cancel = $10. 
  • Walk-ins are welcome and we will do our best to find a space, if available.
